		<description>Reducing energy/carbon footprints is important, but as challenging as they are, they are low-hanging fruit compared with &quot;making courses and other educational experiences&quot; available to all students.  Students can easily graduate without having basic competencies around climate and energy sciences, let along the massive challenge of building resilient communities or achieving true sustainability.
